Orders
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We begin preparing orders as quickly as possible. Because of this, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations once your order has been placed. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible at solandsageboutique@gmail.com.
How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders of $99 or more.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping affects shipping transit time only and does not shorten our 7–10 business day processing time.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
What if my package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered?
Once your package has been shipped, Sol & Sage Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered. If you experience a shipping issue, please contact the shipping carrier first. We’re always happy to assist however we can.
Returns & Store Credit
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Do you offer refunds?
No. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Approved returns receive store credit only.
How do I start a return?
Please email solandsageboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for your return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
What items are final sale?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Jewelry
- Beauty and personal care products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom items
- Any item marked Final Sale
Sizing & Products
How do your sizes fit?
We include sizing information on each product whenever available. If you have questions about sizing, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some styles may be restocked, while others are limited-edition and won’t return. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our emails to stay updated on restocks and new arrivals.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to different monitor and phone screen settings.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, and other payment options available at checkout.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
Store Credit & Gift Cards
Does store credit expire?
No! Your store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase at Sol & Sage Boutique.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available and make the perfect gift for any occasion.
